For their new location expansion into Seguin Texas, The GBA Industrial Team worked with partners to provide complete project design and project management solutions including Architectural Design, Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection for the 110,000 square foot facility.

When choosing a location for the new Facility, Tom Baer, United Alloy chairman said, “We made the decision to build our Texas plant in Seguin because of the successful track record of attracting Texas employees capable of building a world class organization.”

In response to the new location, Mayor of Seguin Texas Don Keil said, “We are delighted that United Alloy has decided to build their new manufacturing facility in Seguin, Texas.
