Project Overview

United Alloy is a leading American manufacturer specializing in the design and production of high-quality metal products. Their products include fuel tanks, trailers, and base frames. The company is known for its expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and testing of custom-built products. They are also known for adhering to strict industry standards. Additionally, they pride themselves on their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

For their new location expansion into Seguin, Texas, the GBA Industrial Team worked with partners to provide complete project design and project management solutions, including Architectural Design, Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection for the 110,000-square-foot facility.

When choosing a location for the new Facility, Tom Baer, chairman of United Alloy, said, “We made the decision to build our Texas plant in Seguin because of the successful track record of attracting Texas employees capable of building a world-class organization.”

In response to the new location, the Mayor of Seguin, Texas, Don Keil, said, “We are delighted that United Alloy has decided to build their new manufacturing facility in Seguin, Texas. This project will help create excellent employment opportunities for our residents and help grow our economic base. We are proud that they have chosen to do business in the City of Seguin.”
