GBA’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Group can handle any size project for municipalities, DOT’s or private clients.  Project types include road and bridge construction, intersections, culvert extensions, overlays, bridge repairs, bridge painting, storm and sanitary sewer installations, design-build, QC/QA, and large multi-phased projects.

We have the specialized skills and certifications to bring any project from design through construction, including contract administration, daily inspections, environmental inspections, materials testing, punch list, as-built plans, and all final documentation.  In addition, our inspectors take an active role in each project, focusing on the needs of the client and maintaining communication with other stakeholders.
