Commerce Center South: MW Builders’ Industrial Park

Austin, Texas

Commerce Center South is a seven-building, 480,000-SF industrial park with three existing buildings and four new spec buildings. In conjunction with MW Builders, GBA teamed up to provide Van Trust design and construction on the four new buildings.

GBA designed the buildings to be multi-tenant with shared truck courts. Three of the buildings are 77,430 SF, and one is 96,280 SF.

Construction of the first building began in January 2016, and all four were completed by November 2017.
