Colleen Connor – Principal, Water EnvironmentWith over 20 years of experience in wastewater infrastructure, including stormwater and construction management, Colleen is focused on growing GBA’s Water Environment practice in the Kansas City region. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas and Missouri, a passionate mentor and an active member of both the Missouri and Kansas Water Environment Federations. |

Alan Lehman – Principal, Mission CriticalWith over 35 years of experience and Professional Engineering licenses in more than 20 states, Alan leads power systems design and commissioning efforts for data centers, telecom facilities, laboratories and energy systems. His expertise supports mission-critical operations nationwide. |

Paul Maes – Principal, Life SciencesWith over 20 years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, Paul manages GBA’s Broomfield, Colorado, office while also leading project delivery and business strategy. His hands-on approach ensures successful outcomes from design through implementation. |

David Magistro – Principal, OperationsSince joining GBA’s Transportation Market in 2017, David has brought expertise in railroad and movable bridge design, project management and stakeholder coordination. In his current role, he focuses on financial planning and analysis efforts that support GBA’s operational excellence and business strategy. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas, Missouri and Texas. |

Molly Oller – Principal, Life SciencesSince 2006, Molly has led the process architecture of complex, cGMP-compliant facilities for top pharmaceutical clients. A licensed architect and LEED AP, she brings expertise in cleanroom design, laboratories and master planning, helping deliver innovative life sciences projects across the United States. |
